NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS: CHANGES TO THE FUND REGULATIONS OF DANSKE INVEST COMPASS EQUITY FUND AND DANSKE INVEST 2040 FUND
27.10.2026: At its meeting on 24 September 2026, the Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd. decided to amend the fund-specific rules of Danske Invest Compass Equity Fund and Danske Invest 2040 Fund. The Financial Supervisory Authority approved the amendments on 15 October 2026. The amendments will enter into force on 1 December 2026.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Fund mergers and fund regulation changes in Danske Invest funds
02.02.2026: The mergers and fund regulation changes approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority will take effect on March 5, 2026. The mergers and the fund regulation changes do not require any action from the unit holders.
