NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS: CHANGES TO THE FUND REGULATIONS OF DANSKE INVEST COMPASS EQUITY FUND AND DANSKE INVEST 2040 FUND
At its meeting on 24 September 2026, the Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd. decided to amend the fund-specific rules of Danske Invest Compass Equity Fund and Danske Invest 2040 Fund. The Financial Supervisory Authority approved the amendments on 15 October 2026. The amendments will enter into force on 1 December 2026.
The amendments described in this notice apply to the following solution funds domiciled in Finland and managed by Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd:

The amendments will allow Danske Invest Compass Equity Fund and Danske Invest 2040 Fund, which invest exclusively in global equity markets, to increase their equity market exposure to a maximum of 120 per cent of the fund’s assets. However, the total exposure of Danske Invest 2040 Fund will decrease to 100 per cent at the beginning of 2031, when the fund will begin reducing risk as it approaches its target year of 2040. The planned strategy for adjusting equity market exposure aims to improve risk-adjusted return potential without increasing the portfolio’s overall risk level as measured by the SRI risk class.
The investment policy descriptions in the Objectives section of the funds’ key information documents will be updated to reflect the investment policies described in the fund rules when the amendments enter into force. The changes are not expected to affect the funds’ risk levels as measured by the risk classification disclosed in the key information documents.
The changes described above do not require any action by unitholders. The management company will inform unitholders of the amendments on its website at danskeinvest.fi. Unitholders have the right to redeem their units or switch them to units in another fund managed by Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd free of charge by 30 November 2026.
